The Team

  • Richard Martin CertPFS
    Managing Director

    Richard is the owner and driving force behind Key2go. He is passionate about the business, and with a keen eye for attention to detail, is responsible for managing the team on a daily basis.

    Richards career began working for the international accountancy practice, PricewaterhouseCoopers where, in 2001, he qualified in record time as a financial adviser. Richards career qualifications and sound business knowledge led him to set up his own mortgage practice in 2004. Since then, he has spent his time in the mortgage industry and has a wealth of knowledge and experience of the property and mortgage markets.

    As well as being director of the business, he ensures to drive the ethos of Key2go within the team, and he is extremely proud of all our achievements and the success of the business.

    It’s not all work! Outside of business hours, Richard enjoys spending time with his family. He loves music and Formula 1.

  • Anna Martin MNAEA, MARLA
    Director, Valuer and Professional Photographer

    Anna is the owner and valuer of Key2go, and most importantly one of the first people you will meet in the process of selling or renting your home.

    She began her career at AVIVA (formerly Norwich Union) in financial services, and subsequently joined an IFA practice where she qualified as a mortgage adviser. In 2006 Anna joined Keypoint Mortgage Solutions where she worked alongside her husband, Richard Martin.

    Anna worked extremely hard to gain extensive knowledge and understanding of the local housing market as well as obtaining her Technical Award in the Sale of Residential Property and Residential Letting & Property Management. Anna became involved in the running of Key2go in 2012. Using her extensive knowledge and excellent customer relations, she has helped grow Key2go into one of the top estate agents in our area.

    Anna brings a cheerful enthusiasm as well as efficiency and professionalism to the business. When given time to relax, Anna likes reading, going to the cinema, running and the occasional spa break.

     

  • Holly Lockwood MNAEA
    Valuer and Professional Photographer

    Holly has been a valued member of the Key2go team since 2013, beginning her journey with us as an apprentice.

    Having grown up in the area, Holly possesses extensive knowledge of the local property market. In 2016, after completing her Technical Award in the Sale of Residential Property, she transitioned from sales into property valuations—a role she excels in with her keen eye and expertise.

    When she’s not in the office, Holly enjoys scenic walks with her French Bulldog, Watson, and spending quality time with her friends and family!

  • Becky Townsend
    Valuer and Professional Photographer

    Becky became part of the Key2go family in June 2021, bringing with her several years of experience in the lettings industry. Her deep understanding of the Sheffield property market makes her a valuable asset to both our team and our clients.

    Recently stepping into a new role as a Property Valuer, Becky is now out and about more than ever—you might spot her at viewings, capturing property photos, or carrying out valuations.

    Outside of work, Becky enjoys quality time with her daughter, Lottie, taking countryside walks with her dog Pippin, and keeping active at the gym!

  • Freya Hurst
    Brand and Digital Marketing

    Freya has always had a passion for digital marketing, property, and the housing market—making her role at Key2go a perfect match.

    With a sharp eye for social media and marketing trends, Freya supports both the sales and lettings teams by ensuring your property gets the exposure it deserves. As a local to Mosborough, she brings valuable insight into the area, and she holds a Level 3 qualification in Digital Marketing.

    Outside of work, Freya enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her adorable Toy Cockapoo, Teddy. She’s always up for a weekend getaway and sunny holidays whenever she gets the chance!

  • Beth Martin
    Sales Progressor

    Beth joined the Key2go team in February 2021, working alongside Lorna, Olivia, and Lucy in the sales department. She is dedicated to providing all clients with a friendly, professional experience when it comes to property sales.

    Before joining Key2go, Beth studied Business Studies, Sociology, and Law, before spending three years as a mortgage administrator. She also completed a Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship, gaining valuable skills that she brings to her role every day.

    Outside of work, Beth enjoys staying active at the gym, spending quality time with her family, and enjoying a social drink with friends!

  • Olivia Furniss
    Sales Progressor

    Olivia is an integral part of the sales team at Key2go, working alongside Lorna, Lucy, and Beth. In her role, she is dedicated to offering clients a warm, professional approach when it comes to property sales.

    With a strong passion for customer service, Olivia excels at building lasting relationships with clients. She brings over four years of experience in both the property and finance sectors, which enhances her ability to guide clients through the sales process with ease.

    Outside of work, Olivia loves to travel and make the most of her holidays. Some of her favourite destinations include Italy, Budapest, and Amsterdam!

  • Lorna Hutchinson
    Sales Consultant

    Lorna joined the Key2go team in January 2017 and works alongside Beth, Lucy, and Olivia in the sales department.

    Lorna ensures everything runs smoothly and is often the first point of contact for booking viewings or making offers, offering clients a friendly and efficient service.

    Outside of work, Lorna enjoys quality time with family and friends, and when she can, she loves going out to shop, socialise, and take trips to the seaside—her favourite way to unwind.

  • Lucy Billingsley
    Sales Consultant

    Lucy is the newest addition to the Key2go family, joining our sales team in 2024 alongside Beth, Olivia, and Lorna.

    If you’re buying or selling a property, Lucy is likely to be one of the first friendly voices you hear. With a strong understanding of the Sheffield property market and a warm, approachable manner, she’s here to make your journey as smooth as possible.

    Before starting her career at Key2go, Lucy studied Business and Management at university, equipping her with valuable insight into the property industry. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her friends, family, and her two adorable dogs, Eddie and Dolly.

  • Emma Hinchcliffe
    Lettings Manager

    Emma joined the Key2go team in the summer of 2016, bringing with her over a decade of experience as a lettings manager at a smaller agency, where she worked closely with both students and professionals.

    At Key2go, Emma oversees our tenancies and takes pride in her honest, straightforward approach. She’s passionate about helping landlords achieve the best possible return on their properties, while ensuring a seamless and efficient service throughout every tenancy.

    Outside of the office, Emma enjoys spending quality time with her husband, two children, and their beloved sausage dog, Ronnie. Whether it’s exploring scenic walks, discovering new restaurants around England, or unwinding with an ice-cold gin and lemonade—Emma makes the most of her downtime.

  • Gemma Birch
    Listings Manager

    Gemma became part of the Key2go Lettings team in October 2022, working closely with Emma and Chelsea. With many years of experience in the lettings industry, she brings a wealth of knowledge and a genuine passion for both people and property.

    Her role includes listing rental properties, coordinating move-ins, and managing the end-of-tenancy process, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

    Outside of work, Gemma enjoys countryside walks, relaxing with music, and escaping to the beautiful Cornish seaside whenever she can.

  • Chelsea Cocking
    Applications Manager

    Chelsea has been a valued member of the Key2go lettings team since 2015, bringing with her extensive experience across all areas of the industry.

    With a genuine passion for customer service, Chelsea’s favourite part of the job is connecting with new tenants and landlords. She oversees the application process and is often out and about on viewings, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

    Outside of work, Chelsea enjoys a weekend getaway or a city break—two of her favourite ways to relax and explore new places!

  • Geoff Martin
    Domestic Energy Assessor & Accompanied Viewer

    Geoff, the father of our Director Richard, brings a wealth of experience to the team. A retired policeman and former business owner, Geoff joined Key2go in 2014 and now assists with a variety of out-of-office appointments.

    Geoff handles everything from inspections and inventories to viewings and photos. As our in-house Domestic Energy Assessor, he also carries out all our EPCs, helping to make the Key2go service as efficient and thorough as possible!

  • Cheryl Swallow
    Accompanied Viewer

    Cheryl recently joined the team as an accompanied viewer and will ensure your viewing experience is as relaxed and informative as possible. She has worked within the industry for almost 15 years, with a wealth of experience in all fields of Estate Agency.

    She’s also an award winning cake designer having been once voted in the top 10 wedding cake designers in the UK!

    Out of work Cheryl spends time at home with her huge family and her cockapoo Nellie, her passions are music, travel and she loves to crochet to relax.

  • Sean Rawson
    Accompanied Viewer

    Sean is a key member of our external appointments team, responsible for showing buyers and renters around properties and providing them with all the information they need to make informed decisions.

    In addition to his role in property viewings, Sean supports the lettings team by arranging check-in and check-out reports, as well as conducting periodic property inspections for our landlords to ensure everything is in top condition and ready to go!
