The Team

  • Richard Martin CertPFS
    Managing Director

    Richard is the owner and driving force behind Key2go. He is passionate about the business, and with a keen eye for attention to detail, is responsible for managing the team on a daily basis.

    Richards career began working for the international accountancy practice, PricewaterhouseCoopers where, in 2001, he qualified in record time as a financial adviser. Richards career qualifications and sound business knowledge led him to set up his own mortgage practice in 2004. Since then, he has spent his time in the mortgage industry and has a wealth of knowledge and experience of the property and mortgage markets.

    As well as being director of the business, he ensures to drive the ethos of Key2go within the team, and he is extremely proud of all our achievements and the success of the business.

    It’s not all work! Outside of business hours, Richard enjoys spending time with his family. He loves music and Formula 1.

  • Anna Martin MNAEA, MARLA
    Director, Valuer and Professional Photographer

    Anna is the owner and valuer of Key2go, and most importantly one of the first people you will meet in the process of selling or renting your home.

    She began her career at AVIVA (formerly Norwich Union) in financial services, and subsequently joined an IFA practice where she qualified as a mortgage adviser. In 2006 Anna joined Keypoint Mortgage Solutions where she worked alongside her husband, Richard Martin.

    Anna worked extremely hard to gain extensive knowledge and understanding of the local housing market as well as obtaining her Technical Award in the Sale of Residential Property and Residential Letting & Property Management. Anna became involved in the running of Key2go in 2012. Using her extensive knowledge and excellent customer relations, she has helped grow Key2go into one of the top estate agents in our area.

    Anna brings a cheerful enthusiasm as well as efficiency and professionalism to the business. When given time to relax, Anna likes reading, going to the cinema, running and the occasional spa break.

     

  • Holly Lockwood MNAEA
    Valuer and Professional Photographer

    Holly has been with the business since 2013 and initially started as an apprentice here at Key2go.

    Growing up in the area, Holly has an immense knowledge of the local housing market and after completing her technical award in the Sale of Residential Property back in 2016, made the move from sales to valuing properties.

    Outside of the office, Holly loves nothing more than to walk her French bulldog, Watson and spend time with friends and family.

  • Becky Townsend
    Valuer and Professional Photographer

    Becky joined the Key2go family in June 2021. Becky has worked within the Lettings industry for a number of years and with this has a great knowledge of Sheffield the local housing market.

    Becky has recently taken on a new role as a property valuer. So you may see her on viewings, taking photographs or valuing properties!

    When Becky isn’t out on the road she enjoys spending time with her daughter Lottie, walking with her dog Pippin and going to the gym!

  • Freya Hurst
    Brand and Digital Marketing

    Freya has always been interested in digital marketing, properties, and the housing market, so this role is the perfect fit for her!

    She will be assisting sales and lettings, ensuring your properties are getting as much exposure as possible. Being local to Mosborough, Freya has a wide knowledge of the area. She has completed her Level 3 Digital Marketer Apprenticeship.

    Outside of work Freya likes to spend quality time with her family, friends and Toy Cockapoo, Teddy. Weekends away and hot holidays are Freya’s favourite thing to do when she’s not in the office.

  • Beth Martin
    Sales Progressor

    Beth joined Key2go in February 2021. She works within the sales team alongside Lorna, Olivia and Lucy. Her role is to provide all clients with a friendly and professional approach when dealing with property sales.

    Before working at Key2go, Beth studied Business Studies, Sociology and Law, from there she spent 3 years working as a mortgage administrator and completed a level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship.

    Outside of work, Beth enjoys going to the gym, spending time with her family and having the occasional drink with her friends.

  • Olivia Furniss
    Sales Progressor

    Olivia works alongside Lorna, Lucy and Beth in Sales, her role here at Key2go is to provide all clients with a friendly and professional approach when dealing with property sales.

    Olivia has a real passion for customer service and building great relationships with our clients. She has worked in the property and finance industry for over four years.

    When she’s not at work, Olivia tries to get away on as many holidays as possible. Some of her favourite places to visit are Italy, Budapest and Amsterdam!

  • Lorna Hutchinson
    Sales Consultant

    Lorna joined Key2go in January 2017 and works alongside Beth, Lucy and Olivia in the sales team.

    Lorna is responsible for the smooth running of the office and you are likely to speak to her if you want to book a viewing or make an offer.

    Out of hours Lorna loves spending time with family and friends and going out when she can. Shopping, socialising and a trip to the seaside are Lorna’s favourite things to do.

  • Lucy Billingsley
    Sales Consultant

    Lucy is the newest member of Key2go, joining our family in 2024, working alongside Beth, Olivia and Lorna in the sales team.

    If you’re looking for a property to buy or sell, Lucy will be one of the first friendly voices to speak to and she has a wide knowledge of the property market in Sheffield.

    Before joining Key2go Lucy studied business and management at University. Outside of work Lucy enjoys spending time with her friends, family and her two dogs, Eddie and Dolly.

  • Emma Hinchcliffe
    Lettings Manager

    Emma became a member of the Key2go team in the summer of 2016, having spent the last 10 years as a lettings manager for a small agency working daily with students and professionals.

    Emma now looks after our tenancies here at Key2go and prides herself on being honest and takes great satisfaction in assisting landlords in getting the right price for their home and receiving the most efficient service while ever you have a tenant in your rental property.

    When Emma isn’t looking after compliance in the office, she loves a family day out with her two children, husband and sausage dog Ronnie. Trying out new scenic walks, restaurants across England and an ice cold Gin and Lemonade!

     

  • Gemma Birch
    Listings Manager

    Gemma joined the Key2go lettings team in October 2022 and works alongside Emma, Chelsea and Elise.  She has spent many years within the letting industry and has a genuine passion for people and property.

    Gemma lists properties for rent, deals with move ins and deals with the end of the tenancy process.

    Outside of work,  she spends time walking when she can, likes listening to music and loves the Cornish seaside.

  • Chelsea Cocking
    Applications Manager

    Chelsea has been a part of the lettings team here at Key2go since 2015 and has a wealth of experience in all areas of the industry.

    With a true passion for customer service, her favourite part of the job is speaking to new tenants and landlords. She deals with the application process, and you may also see her on viewings.

    A weekend away or a city break are some of Chelsea’s favourite things to do when she’s not at work.

  • Elise Hunt
    Property Manager

    Elise works alongside Emma, Gemma and Chelsea in Lettings, her role here at Key2go is to assist landlords and tenants in maintaining their properties and to ensure all of our properties are complying with health and safety legislation.

    Elise has a real passion for customer service and building great relationships with our clients. She is also out on the road completing check out reports and inventories.

    Outside of work, Elise enjoys trying new food spots going on hot holidays and spending time with friends and family.

  • Geoff Martin
    Domestic Energy Assessor & Accompanied Viewer

    Geoff is the father of our Director Richard. Being a retired policeman and former business owner, Geoff joined the team in 2014 and helps with any out of office appointments he can.

    From inspections and inventories to viewings and photos, Geoff is our very own in-house Domestic Energy Assessor, carrying out all our EPCs and making the Key2go service as efficient as possible.

  • Sean Rawson
    Accompanied Viewer

    Sean is our external appointment team member. His main responsibility is to ensure buyers and renters are shown around a property whilst providing as much information as possible.

    Sean also helps out the rentals team to arrange check in and check out reports, he also carries out periodic property inspections for our landlords.
