The Team

  • Richard Martin CertPFS
    Managing Director

    Richard is the owner and driving force behind Key2go. He is passionate about his business, and with a keen eye for attention to detail, is responsible for managing the team on a daily basis.

    Richards career began working for the international accountancy practice, PricewaterhouseCoopers where, in 2001, he qualified in record time as a financial adviser. Richards career qualifications and sound business knowledge led him to set up his own mortgage practice in 2004. Since then, he has spent his time in the mortgage industry and has a wealth of knowledge and experience of the property and mortgage markets.

    Richard is one of the in-house mortgage advisers here at Key2go. As well as being director of the business, he ensures to drive the ethos of Key2go within the team, and he is extremely proud of all our achievements and the success of the business.

    It’s not all work! Outside of business hours, Richard enjoys spending time with my family, especially his children, the occasional drink with friends and meals out with his wife. He loves music and Formula 1.

    Interesting Fact about Richard: Richard listens to music all the time and can listen to a song over and over again and never get bored of it!

  • Anna Martin MNAEA, MARLA
    Director, Valuer and Professional Photographer

    Anna is the owner and valuer of Key2go, and most importantly the first person you will meet in the process of selling or renting your home.

    She began her career at AVIVA (formerly Norwich Union) in financial services, and subsequently joined an IFA practice where she qualified as a mortgage adviser. In 2006 Anna joined Keypoint Mortgage Solutions where she worked alongside her husband, Richard Martin.

    Anna worked extremely hard to gain extensive knowledge and understanding of the local housing market as well as obtaining her Technical Award in the Sale of Residential Property and Residential Letting & Property Management. Anna became involved in the running of Key2go in 2012. Using her extensive knowledge and excellent customer relations, she has helped grow Key2go into one of the top estate agents in our area.

    Anna brings a cheerful enthusiasm as well as efficiency and professionalism to the business. When given time to relax, Anna likes reading, going to the cinema, running and the occasional spa break.

    Interesting fact about Anna: Anna can eat two, foot-long subways in 1 go! 

  • Holly Lockwood MNAEA
    Valuer and Professional Photographer

    Holly joined the Key2go family in July 2013 under a government apprenticeship scheme and is now a full-time member of the team, having completed her Level 2 and 3 in Business and Administration and Technical award in the Sales of Residential Property through the NAEA.

    From being Receptionist to an administrator, then on to sale negotiating, she is now a valuer and professional photographer.

    From a young age, Holly has always had an admiration for property, especially renovation projects and grand designs. The most important lessons she has learned through working at Key2go is to keep everyone informed and be honest.

    Outside work Holly loves to socialize with friends and hitting the gym whenever she gets the chance. From being in nappies, Holly has always loved to dance. Also being a dog fanatic, our Holly will always make time for her pooch’s.

    An interesting fact about Holly: She was born on Christmas Day! 

  • Emma Bingham
    Valuer & Professional Photographer

    Emma became a member of the Key2go team in the summer of 2016.  For the last 10 years, Emma has worked as a lettings/ accounts manager for a small business working daily with students and professionals.

    Currently working towards becoming a senior valuer and working alongside our director Anna, Emma will be the one with the camera, taking shots of your property to bring them to market. Emma will also be here to assist with viewings in our busy periods.

    After bringing up her son and working as a full time hairdresser, she found her feet working in the property industry.

    In her spare time, she loves to take long scenic walks and to spend quality time with family and friends. Cleaning her house and shopping are a necessity but a night down the local or Sheffield town will always be Emma’s favourite hobby.

    An interesting fact about Emma: Emma has shrunk by ¼ inch since turning 30!

  • Bradley Fisher
    Sales Negotiator

    Brad is part of the sales team working closely alongside Holly and Emma. Brad has worked for corporate and independent estate agents in the past and feels comfortable here at Key2go.

    Brad started off his property career as an apprentice with an independent company and carried out his NVQ Level 2 in Business & Administration. Brad is hoping to start his Technical Award in Sale of Residential Property NAEA.

    From starting at Key2go in October 2015, his job role is to ensure that he provides our clients with a friendly and professional approach when dealing with property sales. He is the first point of contact for all incoming enquires to the business.

    In Brad’s spare time, he likes going out socialising with friends and family and like all men, Brad is a keen sports fan. He loves watching football and Formula 1, being a big Manchester United and Lewis Hamilton fan.

    An interesting fact about Brad: Brad loves F1 that much, he has attended the last 14 British Grand Prix’s

  • Will Barber
    Sales Negotiator

    Will is the newest member of our Key2go team joining in April 2019 after having spent the last 7 years working in both an independent and corporate agency, completing a Level 1 Business Admin apprenticeship in 2012 and working his way up to valuing properties for his last company. He started in Estate Agency as soon as he left sixth form and it is the only job he has ever done.

    He has joined our sales team as a negotiator and is looking forward to helping our already established company grow even further. His role is to work closely with buyers and sellers to ensure a smooth sales process and deals with enquires for people looking to buy and sell.

    Outside of work there is only one word to describe Will; football. He plays three times a week at various formats as well as being a season ticket holder at Sheffield Untied – we can’t all be perfect. He enjoys socialising with his friends at the weekend and being an avid music fan attends as many music gigs he can get to.

    An interesting fact about Will: he has tomato ketchup on literally everything, including Sunday dinners!

  • Lorna Hutchinson
    Sales Negotiator

    Lorna is part of the sales team here at Key2go. She started here in January 2017 and has completed her level two and three in business and administration under an apprenticeship scheme. Lorna will be the first face you see in the office, working on reception meeting and greeting our customers. Lorna works alongside the sales team and you are likely to speak to her if you want to book a viewing or make an offer.

    After leaving school in 2014 Lorna studied Business Studies at Peaks college and then moved onto studying Business Studies at Sheffield Hallam University. After deciding Uni wasn’t for her, Lorna decided she wanted to get a full-time job and get a hands-on qualification.

    Out of hours Lorna loves spending time with family and friends and going out when she can. Shopping, socialising and a trip to the seaside are Lorna’s favourite things to do.

    Lorna is looking forward to the future here at Key2go to develop and progress within the company and learn as much as she can about the property industry.

    An interesting fact about Lorna: Lorna was named after Lorna in the original Italian Job

  • Laura Barker
    Lettings Manager

    Laura joined the Key2go team in 2016, her passion has always been property, she has joined the lettings team and looks forward to establishing a great working relationship with both Landlords and Tenants!

    Laura started her career in property as soon as she finished her studies; she has worked in both lettings and sales and takes great pleasure in providing the time and peace of mind our clients deserve.

    Thriving in a positive environment, Laura’s role is to ensure all parts of the lettings business is running smoothly and the day to day responsibilities are carried out successfully.

    Outside of work Laura most looks forward to visiting different countries and enjoying as many holidays as possible. She loves The Rolling Stones and any kind festivity where there is an excuse for a party!

    An interesting fact about Laura is she owns over 100 pairs of shoes.


  • Chelsea Cocking
    Lettings Negotiator

    Chelsea started as our Lettings administrator, she deals with customer enquiries, applications and works closely alongside her colleague Laura. Chelsea joined Key2go in December 2015 under an apprenticeship scheme and has completed her Level two and three in Business and Administration. Chelsea most importantly plays a vital part within the Administration department on a day to day basis, supporting the rest of the Key2go family.

    After school, Chelsea studied Aviation at Sheffield City College and after working in retail part time felt it was time for a change. Chelsea strives to complete hers NVQs and learn more and more each day about the industry to develop within the company.

    In Chelsea’s spare time she enjoys nights out with friends, shopping and the occasional night away. Chelsea loves to get dressed up and her favourite accessory is her fake tan!

    Interesting fact about Chelsea: She was named after the famous football team! 

  • Geoff Martin
    Accompanied Viewer & Domestic Energy Assessor

    When we talk about family run, family is exactly what we mean. Geoff is the father of our Director Richard. Being a retired police man and former business owner, Geoff joined the team in 2014 and helps out with any out of office appointments he can. From inspections and inventories to viewings and photos, Geoff is our very own in house Domestic Energy Assessor, carrying out all our EPCs and making the Key2go service as efficient as possible.

    With a full knowledge of property and a history of the law, Geoff helps out all the staff here at Key2go with any issues that may arise.

    Geoff loves to spend his spare time in the pub and loves anything to do with cars. Geoff loves to travel and has visited many countries and is always planning his next venture.

    Interesting fact about Geoff: Geoff is the biggest kid amongst us and has visited Disney World over 25 times since turning 40!

  • Marnie
    Motivational Manager

    Marnie is the most recent member to join our team in 2017.  She keeps the staff happy with plenty of hugs and licks. She’s great at eating left overs and emptying the bins.

    Outside of work she loves spending time with her family, especially her brother Frank the Pug and her sister Princess the Chihuahua. She loves going for long walks in the country and watching TV, especially programmes with animals!
