Richard is the driving force behind Key2go, bringing passion, precision, and a strong leadership ethos to every aspect of the business. With a keen eye for detail and a hands-on approach, Richard is at the heart of Key2go’s daily operations, managing the team and shaping the company’s direction.
Richard’s professional journey began at PricewaterhouseCoopers, one of the world’s leading accountancy firms. There, he quickly made his mark—qualifying as a financial adviser in record time in 2001. Armed with a deep understanding of finance and a strong entrepreneurial spirit, he established his own mortgage practice in 2004. Since then, Richard has dedicated his career to the mortgage and property industry, building a reputation for expertise, trust, and client-focused service.
Under his leadership, Key2go has grown into a respected and successful business. Richard not only oversees operations but also ensures the company culture reflects his values—integrity, transparency, and commitment to results. He takes great pride in the achievements of both the team and the business, continually pushing standards higher.
Beyond work, Richard enjoys quality time with his family and friends, is a passionate music enthusiast, and follows Formula 1.
Anna is Director of Key2go and brings a wealth of experience to the business. She began her career in financial services at AVIVA (formerly Norwich Union), before moving into an independent financial advisory (IFA) practice where she qualified as a mortgage adviser.
In 2006, Anna joined Keypoint Mortgage Solutions, further strengthening her expertise in the property and finance sectors. After taking some time out to raise her family, Anna returned to the industry with renewed focus.
Committed to professional development, Anna has earned her Technical Award in the Sale of Residential Property, as well as Residential Letting & Property Management. Her passion for the property market and dedication to customer service have helped grow Key2go into one of Sheffield’s leading estate agencies.
Anna combines extensive market knowledge with a warm, personable approach. Her professionalism and cheerful enthusiasm are key assets to both the team and the clients she works with.
Outside of work, Anna enjoys reading, going to the cinema, running, and the occasional relaxing spa break.
Holly has been an integral member of the Key2go team since 2013, bringing over a decade of experience within the property sector. As a local resident, she combines extensive practical knowledge with a deep understanding of the local property market.
In 2016, Holly earned her Technical Award in the Sale of Residential Property, which facilitated her transition from sales into property valuations. Since then, she has developed a strong track record of delivering precise and reliable valuations, underpinned by her keen attention to detail and industry expertise. Holly is also a proud member of Propertymark, reflecting her commitment to maintaining the highest professional standards.
If you decide to come on the market, Holly is also a skilled professional photographer, ensuring your property is showcased at its best.
Outside of the office, Holly enjoys scenic walks with her French Bulldogs, Watson and Willow, and values spending quality time with her friends and family.
Becky joined the Key2go family in June 2021, bringing with her valuable property industry experience since 2019. With a strong background in lettings management and an in-depth knowledge of the Sheffield property market, she is a trusted and knowledgeable professional who adds real value to both our team and our clients.
In her current role as a Property Valuer, Becky specialises in delivering accurate and insightful property valuations, helping homeowners and landlords make informed decisions. She also produces high-quality professional photography, ensuring every property is presented at its absolute best to attract the right interest. Her attention to detail and understanding of market trends make her an asset to any property journey.
Outside of work, Becky enjoys spending quality time with her daughter, Lottie, exploring the countryside with their dog Pippin, and staying active at the gym.
Freya joined the Key2go team with a strong passion for property, marketing, and the housing market—making her role a perfect fit.
With a sharp focus on social media and visual marketing, Freya supports both our sales and lettings departments by making sure every property gets noticed online. She manages our digital presence across platforms, creates eye-catching content, and ensures our listings are seen by the right audience. As a proud Mosborough local, she brings great insight into the area and holds a Level 3 qualification in Digital Marketing.
Freya plays a key role in making properties stand out, using her creative skills to build brand awareness and attract interest. Her flair for social media and detail-driven mindset make her a vital part of the team.
Outside of work, Freya enjoys spending time with friends and family, walking her Toy Cockapoo, Teddy—and she’s always ready for sunny days and hot holidays whenever she can get away!
Lucy is the newest addition to the Key2go family, joining our sales team in 2024 alongside Beth, Olivia, and Lorna.
If you’re buying or selling a property, Lucy is likely to be one of the first friendly voices you hear. With a strong understanding of the Sheffield property market and a warm, approachable manner, she’s here to make your journey as smooth as possible.
Before starting her career at Key2go, Lucy studied Business and Management at university, equipping her with valuable insight into the property industry. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her friends, family, and her two adorable dogs, Eddie and Dolly.
Lorna is a valued member of the Key2go sales team, working alongside Beth, Olivia, and Lucy to support our clients every step of the way.
She’s often one of the first friendly voices you’ll hear when getting in touch about buying or selling a home. With her approachable nature and excellent knowledge of the Sheffield property market, Lorna is here to make your journey simple and stress-free.
With a strong background in property and years of experience in estate agency, Lorna brings a wealth of knowledge and professionalism to the team. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, walking her dog, and catching up with her favourite crime dramas.
Beth joined the Key2go team in February 2021, working alongside Lorna, Olivia, and Lucy in the sales department. She is dedicated to providing all clients with a friendly, professional experience when it comes to property sales.
Before joining Key2go, Beth studied Business Studies, Sociology, and Law, before spending three years as a mortgage administrator. She also completed a Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship, gaining valuable skills that she brings to her role every day.
Outside of work, Beth enjoys staying active at the gym, spending quality time with her family, and enjoying a social drink with friends!
Olivia is an integral part of the sales team at Key2go, working alongside Lorna, Lucy, and Beth. In her role, she is dedicated to offering clients a warm, professional approach when it comes to property sales.
With a strong passion for customer service, Olivia excels at building lasting relationships with clients. She brings over four years of experience in both the property and finance sectors, which enhances her ability to guide clients through the sales process with ease.
Outside of work, Olivia loves to travel and make the most of her holidays. Some of her favourite destinations include Italy, Budapest, and Amsterdam!
Emma joined the Key2go team in the summer of 2016, bringing with her over a decade of experience as a lettings manager at a smaller agency, where she worked closely with both students and professionals.
At Key2go, Emma oversees our tenancies and takes pride in her honest, straightforward approach. She’s passionate about helping landlords achieve the best possible return on their properties, while ensuring a seamless and efficient service throughout every tenancy.
Outside of the office, Emma enjoys spending quality time with her husband, two children, and their beloved sausage dog, Ronnie. Whether it’s exploring scenic walks, discovering new restaurants around England, or unwinding with an ice-cold gin and lemonade—Emma makes the most of her downtime.
Gemma became part of the Key2go Lettings team in October 2022, working closely with Emma and Chelsea. With many years of experience in the lettings industry, she brings a wealth of knowledge and a genuine passion for both people and property.
Her role includes listing rental properties, coordinating move-ins, and managing the end-of-tenancy process, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
Outside of work, Gemma enjoys countryside walks, relaxing with music, and escaping to the beautiful Cornish seaside whenever she can.
Chelsea has been a valued member of the Key2go lettings team since 2015, bringing with her extensive experience across all areas of the industry.
With a genuine passion for customer service, Chelsea’s favourite part of the job is connecting with new tenants and landlords. She oversees the application process and is often out and about on viewings, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Outside of work, Chelsea enjoys a weekend getaway or a city break—two of her favourite ways to relax and explore new places!
Geoff, the father of our Director Richard, brings a wealth of experience to the team. A retired policeman and former business owner, Geoff joined Key2go in 2014 and now assists with a variety of out-of-office appointments.
Geoff handles everything from inspections and inventories to viewings and photos. As our in-house Domestic Energy Assessor, he also carries out all our EPCs, helping to make the Key2go service as efficient and thorough as possible!
Cheryl recently joined the team as an accompanied viewer and will ensure your viewing experience is as relaxed and informative as possible. She has worked within the industry for almost 15 years, with a wealth of experience in all fields of Estate Agency.
She’s also an award winning cake designer having been once voted in the top 10 wedding cake designers in the UK!
Out of work Cheryl spends time at home with her huge family and her cockapoo Nellie, her passions are music, travel and she loves to crochet to relax.
Sean is a key member of our external appointments team, responsible for showing buyers and renters around properties and providing them with all the information they need to make informed decisions.
In addition to his role in property viewings, Sean supports the lettings team by arranging check-in and check-out reports, as well as conducting periodic property inspections for our landlords to ensure everything is in top condition and ready to go!
